Ice Conditions and Looking for "Lost Niteers"

Ice Conditions
Madison Conditions:  Mendota's ice was covered with water yesterday after the little warm-up we had.  We had about an inch of snow last night with plenty of wind, so I don't know what our ice is like and there's snow in the forecast.  Right now it's about -8.
 
Toledo:  Has anyone planned on going to Toledo?
 
Conditions?  Any conditions in your area?
