2009 Annual Meeting Report

February 28, 2009

Commodore Don Sanford called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m. Location: Lake Geneva, WI Regatta site.

Last year's minutes were approved unanimously as written. Grant Frautschi - moved, Scott Brown - second.

Budget report: Treasurer Fred Miller was not available, no report. It was assumed that the class is still solvent. Composite Mast Discussion: We discussed the composite mast situation. No action was taken.

Updating of Constitution, By-laws, Nite Class Rules: Revisions have been completed and are posted on the class website. A mail-in vote will be conducted via e-mail to make adoption official.

Officers: Nominations were opened for 2009- 2010 officers. It was moved and seconded by Scott Brown and Craig Adams that the current officers be elected by acclimation and that the nominations be closed. Therefore The 2009-2010 officers are as follows:

Commodore: Don Sanford
Vice Commodore: Rick Wilfert
Secretary-Treasurer: Fred Miller
Technical Committee Chair: Craig Adams
